central location comfortable rooms attentive doorman
i adored how close it was to everything, just a block from grand central station, it was like the city was at my feet. i walked to the theaters, the park, and even those grand museums, feeling quite safe with the door person always watching. the rooms were just divine with such comfort, a true haven after a day of exploration.
i noticed a slight echo near the lobby, it came from a nearby bar, which mixed with the hotel music just a little too much.

charmed by my stay
friendly staff minibar credit convenient location
the staff was very kind and helpful i received a complimentary minibar credit upon arrival i found the rainfall shower to be quite modern. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions i could easily walk to many destinations i had planned to visit. i also appreciated the cafes located right next door they made starting my days easier.
i experienced a bit of noise due to external sources that could be improved overall i found the room satisfactory.

the hotel is located above two kosher restaurants a dairy option and a meat option it offers convenient dining choices there is a kosher catering service nearby it provides food for the sabbath.

the staff was helpful when i needed assistance they promptly addressed my requests this made my stay more enjoyable the front desk was generally available i appreciated the quick check-in and check-out processes.

the room featured a modern design it included a rainfall shower which i found refreshing the room size was adequate it provided sufficient space for my needs the room offered comfortable and functional accommodations.

the hotel is near the northern part of fifth avenue it provides easy access to shops of top brands many major attractions are nearby central park and times square are easily reachable from the hotel this made sightseeing convenient.
